Do I Need to Schedule an Appointment? How Long do Appointments Last?
We are walk-in only during the weekdays (Wednesday - Friday) so you are welcome to come on in and find your wedding dress! We only require appointments on Saturdays. Each appointment in scheduled for 60 minutes.
What Sizes are the Gowns in the Store?
All gowns at The Wedding Loft are between a bridal size 8 - 26. So there is something for every bride!
Is There a Fee for Bridal Appointments?
Your first bridal appointment is completely free and can be booked directly through our website, while the second and third appointments will incur a $25 appointment fee. Second and third appointments can only be accommodated Wednesday - Friday. Please note, we do require a card on file for our cancellation policy for all appointments.
Can I Browse your Selection Before my Appointment?
Yes! You can browse our entire current selection on our Pinterest page. It is organized by size for easy browsing. Create a board of your favorites or screenshot and share them with your stylist when you arrive.
What Does Off-the-Rack Mean?
Off-the-rack gowns are are gowns that have been tried on as a sample gown in one of our boutique locations (The Wedding Studio). These gowns have never been pre-owned, only tried on in-store, never down the aisle. Since they have been tried on in-store, we are able to offer them for at amazing discounted prices.
Have These Sample Gowns Been Worn Down the Aisle?
No! We do not re-sell wedding gowns. We are not a bridal consignment store. Everything in our store has never been down the aisle, only been tried on as showroom samples.
Do you offer Sunday appointments?
We do offer private Sunday bridal appointments, on select Sundays! These appointments can be booked by calling the boutique at 317-893-4403 as appointments are limited. These appointments are $25 and give you the entire boutique to yourself and your party to find the one.
How Many Guests can I bring with me to my Appointment?
We allow up to 4 guests, for a total of 5 people including the bride. If you are looking to bring more guests, we do offer private bridal appointments on select Sundays where we can accommodate larger group sizes. Please call to inquire about booking a private Sunday appointment.
What do I Need to Bring to my Appointment?
You may wear whatever makes you comfortable underneath the gowns, but we do require underwear. If you have a strapless bra or Spanx, go ahead and bring it with you. In order not to damage the gowns, our stylist will join you in the fitting room to help you in and out of the gowns.
What Condition are These Gowns in?
Each gown is in pristine condition and go through a thorough check before being brought to The Wedding Loft. Since they are sample gowns, some gowns may require small repairs - however, this means you can get great savings on a beautiful designer gown!
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. In the event of a no call/no show, an automatic charge of $75 will be applied. This policy is designed to accommodate all brides looking to shop with us.
Do you have veils and accessories?
YES! We carry veils, accessories and bridal jewelry that are ready to go home same day as well! No ordering or waiting necessary.
